Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Growth Manager to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple markets, leveraging data, content, product marketing, and lifecycle strategies to accelerate business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, analytics, and regional business units to deliver scalable growth initiatives and measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Lead data-driven marketing campaigns across CRM, content, social media, product marketing, and digital channels to drive user growth and trading activity
  • Partner with product, analytics, acquisition, and regional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer journeys, and improve conversion performance
  • Leverage customer insights, behavioral analytics, and market trends to inform campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and growth initiatives
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and business initiatives, ensuring effective positioning, adoption, and commercial impact across regional markets
  • Monitor campaign and business performance, providing actionable recommendations and continuous optimization to maximize growth, engagement, and ROI

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, product marketing, digital marketing, or related functions within fintech, financial services, trading, or high-growth technology environments
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with hands-on experience using customer insights and data to inform decision-making and optimize performance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with product, analytics, content, and business teams
  • Strong professional proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, teams, partners, and customers across regional markets where these languages are used in the course of work
