Regional Finance Manager, APAC (Technology)

The Company

Opportunity to join an established European MNC in the software development space as Regional Finance Manager.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will lead a team and oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting for the APAC region. This includes financial accounting and reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, tax, transfer pricing, internal controls, and commission calculation. You will also liaise with external auditors and tax agents, manage cash flow and liquidity, and maintain all banking relationships.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, such as the APAC VP and Commercial and Sales Leaders across the region and support the analysis of sales and costs, identifying areas of risk and opportunity, and providing appropriate recommendations to the business. Additionally, you will manage OPEX and CAPEX, identifying opportunities for cost control and reduction as well as contribute to pricing strategies and profitability analysis.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting with an emphasis on analysis and business partnering with commercial stakeholders
• Regional exposure within an MNC environment
• Proven managerial exposure
• Prior exposure in a Big 4 audit firm will be preferred
• Ability to travel within the APAC region will be essential
