Job Description

We are partnering with a top-tier global financial institution to secure a Regional End User Services Lead for their APAC operations. Based in Singapore, this is a highly visible leadership role where you will own the regional EUS strategy, manage the technology portfolio, and act as the critical bridge between regional business units and the Global IT Headquarters.

This role is not hands-on engineering; it is focused on strategic service delivery, vendor negotiation, financial budgeting, and large-scale digital workplace transformation.

What You Will Own

  • Define and execute the APAC End User Services roadmap, ensuring alignment with global architecture and regional business growth.
  • Command the EUS lifecycle, including annual demand registration, budget planning, and resource capacity across all enterprise tech services.
  • Act as the primary liaison between senior business executives and IT. You will frequently collaborate with Global HQ to negotiate resources and align on enterprise standards.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow a team of skilled EUS professionals, driving a culture of high performance and service excellence.
  • Define strict KPIs and SLA metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Modern Workplace tools to enhance user productivity, mobility, and endpoint security.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 15+ years of proven experience in IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure Leadership, or EUS management, ideally within the financial services or large-scale enterprise sector.
  • Deep foundational knowledge of End User Computing (EUC) domains, including Microsoft 365, Modern Endpoint Management (e.g., Intune), Zero-Trust security models (e.g., Zscaler), and collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading regional technical teams and executing complex IT transformation projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Top-tier stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
  • ITIL, PMP, CSM, or relevant Microsoft Enterprise certifications are a strong plus.

Why Apply This is an opportunity to take ownership of the digital workplace strategy for a massive user base across APAC. You will have the budget, the executive backing, and the mandate to drive true technological transformation.
