Regional Education Manager Haircare & Beauty Asia
Our client is a globally recognized beauty brand known for pioneering hair and body products. With a strong presence in the professional salon space and an ever-growing global reach, the company is rapidly expanding its footprint across Asia.
We're seeking a Regional Education Manager (Asia) to lead and execute the brand's education strategy across key markets in the region. This role is pivotal in driving brand education, supporting product sell-through, and developing high-performing educator networks aligned with business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a beauty education professional who is passionate about teaching, building relationships, and inspiring stylists across diverse cultures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent and communicate the brand message with professionalism and impact.
- Develop and implement regional education strategies and initiatives to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and manage distributors and freelance educators to ensure consistent education quality.
- Facilitate training sessions for Distributor Sales Consultants (DSCs), store teams, and salon partners.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to support new product launches and promotions.
- Manage education budgets, schedules, and resources across the region.
- Execute education programs, including masterclasses, academy sessions, and events.
- Drive salon growth through education-led engagement and sales incentives.
- Support existing accounts and identify new salon partnership opportunities.
- Represent the brand at distributor events, tradeshows, and special projects.
- Ensure all programs align with company standards and compliance policies.

- Increased educator performance and consistency across Asia.

- Seamless collaboration with distributors and cross-functional teams.
- Measurable growth in product knowledge and brand advocacy among stylists.
Requirements:
- MUST: Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean/Japanese/Cantonese.
- MUST: Strong technical background in hair color
- MUST: 2+ years of experience in education planning or management
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Cosmetology license preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Asia and adapt to dynamic market needs. (40% travel)
