About the client:

We are partnering with a globally renowned, high-growth premium consumer brand celebrated for innovation and disruption within the prestige retail sector, they're currently active seeking for a Regional Customer Supply Chain Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage expectations by delivering transparent, collaborative supply chain updates regarding new store openings, product launches, marketing activations, and potential operational bottlenecks or inventory shortages.
  • Design, refine, and automate end-to-end order management workflows to elevate regional operational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily order flows and fulfillment priorities in coordination with cross-functional teams, inventory management, and APAC regional 3PL warehouses to resolve underlying bottlenecks and guarantee SLA compliance.
  • Direct B2C fulfillment streams, ensuring systemic integrity and guaranteeing that digital orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered on time and in full (OTIF).
  • Validate daily stock replenishment for physical retail doors, leveraging optimized inventory controls and 3PL performance management to maximize on-shelf availability.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for retail stores, addressing escalated queries spanning front-end system performance, facilities maintenance coordination, and critical supply procurement.
  • Validate order requests and oversee seamless order fulfillment cycles for key retail and wholesale accounts.
  • Serve as a key regional stakeholder and driver for the upcoming enterprise SAP implementation and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with global functional teams (including Quality Control, Regulatory, and Global Supply Chain) and external retail partners to streamline cross-border operations.
  • Identify systemic and operational vulnerabilities to implement corrective actions. Build and maintain customer service performance dashboards, launch run-rate trackers, and deliver data-driven presentations to executive leadership.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a heavy emphasis on end-to-end order management within the premium retail, luxury, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Multilingual fluency is required excellent professional command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office suite (specifically advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated proficiency navigating ERP (SAP preferred), WMS, and retail POS environments, with the ability to leverage data systems to enhance operational transparency.
  • A proven track record of managing and driving measurable performance improvements with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
  • Tangible examples of taking absolute ownership of supply chain optimization projects from conceptual design through to execution and measurement.
  • Exceptional analytical capability to identify operational anomalies rapidly and implement robust, scalable solutions.
  • A deep understanding of both B2B and B2C operational dynamics paired with a collaborative, agile mindset to thrive within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced corporate culture.
