Regional Business Manager – East Asia

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Business Manager – East Asia at Dakewe Medical. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business development and regional market growth across Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.

Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining distributor and customer relationships, supporting regional sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with market expansion strategies. The role also involves regular communication with partners and customers in East Asia to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in business development, sales support, account management, or international business preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks
• Experience working in cross-cultural business environments is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus
• Knowledge of the healthcare, laboratory, or medical technology industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese required
• Japanese language proficiency is strongly preferred
• Additional Korean language ability is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally within the East Asia region when needed
