  • Drive business growth through strategic and operational initiatives, with a primary focus on the Mexico market.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into business performance and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and own financial and operational analyses (e.g. business performance, unit economics, and market sizing) to support key business decisions.
  • Identify and take ownership of growth opportunities, as well as product and operational improvements, to drive the business forward.
  • Manage relationships with external parties and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations to ensure business alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, strategy, or other highly analytical roles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven success in stakeholder management.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Prior exposure to FinTech, Payments, Cards, Loans, or Banking industries is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and other analytical tools would be an advantage.
  • Open to occasional flexible working hours to accommodate collaboration with local market stakeholders (e.g. 1:30pm–10:30pm).
