Drive business growth through strategic and operational initiatives, with a primary focus on the Mexico market.
Conduct deep-dive analyses into business performance and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Build and own financial and operational analyses (e.g. business performance, unit economics, and market sizing) to support key business decisions.
Identify and take ownership of growth opportunities, as well as product and operational improvements, to drive the business forward.
Manage relationships with external parties and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations to ensure business alignment.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, strategy, or other highly analytical roles.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven success in stakeholder management.
Proactive, eager to learn, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
Prior exposure to FinTech, Payments, Cards, Loans, or Banking industries is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and other analytical tools would be an advantage.
Open to occasional flexible working hours to accommodate collaboration with local market stakeholders (e.g. 1:30pm–10:30pm).
