Responsibilities

Team introduction: Feishu Commercialization Team (Go to Market) is responsible for comprehensively promoting Feishu's advanced products and services to the Chinese and international markets. By formulating precise business strategies, conducting market-breaking marketing, deeply understanding the trends and characteristics of different industries, conveying Feishu's concepts and values to corporate customers in different industries and reaching business cooperation, helping customers increase the depth and breadth of use, ultimately making Feishu the first choice for advanced enterprises in various industries, and continuously assisting corporate organizational upgrades. Currently, commercialization teams have been established in China, Singapore, the United States, Japan and other countries and regions, and have begun the process of improving creativity and efficiency for organizations and individuals in all walks of life around the world. 1. Based on the list of target customers in the region, conduct targeted customer research on customers or target industries to obtain information on key decision-makers 2. Regularly participate in various regional marketing activities, obtain contact information of key decision-makers of customers through social means, and strive for visiting opportunities 3. Maintain regular relationships with the business opportunity factory, and promote the business opportunity factory to contribute customers and sales leads to promote conversion 4. Responsible for the cultivation of key customers, and promote the smooth progress of the project 5. Undertake the internal promotion and implementation of Feishu ambassadors, and at the same time promote the rules of bringing customers 6. Actively explore and try innovative methods to generate sales leads to help business expansion.

Qualifications

1. Have sales experience and be familiar with sales processes and techniques 2. Have good communication skills and be able to establish effective connections with different types of customers 3. Define Feishu customer profiles, be able to clearly summarize Feishu product solutions and value, and accurately convey them to target customers 4. Priority will be given to those with rich channels/markets and ecological resources, who can use resource advantages in business development.
