We are looking for a commercially driven and internationally minded Regional Business Development Manager based in Taiwan to help drive Partipost's next phase of regional growth. This role will focus on expanding strategic partnerships and regional business opportunities across Taiwan, Korea, and other APAC markets, while working closely with our Founder & CEO on new market expansion initiatives and high-impact regional deals.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across Taiwan, Korea, and selected regional markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of regional brands, agencies, and strategic partners
- Support regional market expansion initiatives and contribute to go-to-market strategies for emerging markets
- Collaborate directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic partnerships and key regional opportunities
- Meet and exceed individual and regional revenue targets
Client Growth & Strategic Partnerships
- Build trusted relationships with regional clients and stakeholders across multiple markets
- Act as a consultative partner by understanding client business goals and recommending tailored influencer marketing solutions
- Drive regional upsell and cross-sell opportunities across campaigns and markets
- Support large-scale and cross-market campaign opportunities with internal teams
Regional Collaboration & Market Insights
- Work closely with regional sales, campaign, operations, and leadership teams across APAC
- Share market insights, competitive trends, and client feedback to improve commercial strategy and offerings
- Contribute to regional sales processes, business development playbooks, and expansion planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management
- Strong preference for backgrounds in influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, advertising, platforms, or technology businesses
- Experience handling regional clients or cross-border business exposure is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in winning new business and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
- International exposure or experience working with regional stakeholders is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the Korea market, Korean brands, agencies, or business culture would be a strong advantage
- Professional proficiency in Chinese and English is required
- Korean proficiency is highly advantageous
Additional Information
- This role is based in Taiwan with regional scope and collaboration across APAC markets
- This role requires frequent business travel to South Korea for client meetings, partnership development, and regional business expansion initiatives
