Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for various positions across the organization, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet Jabil's evolving business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from requisition creation to offer acceptance, for assigned roles.
. Source active and passive candidates through various channels, including online databases, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
. Negotiate offers of employment, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company policies.
. Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and ensure data integrity.
. Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events as needed.
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation.
. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
. Provide a high level of customer service to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
. Any adhoc projects or tasks.
Job Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. 5-8 years of progressive experience in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of roles.
. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and relevant employment laws.
. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
. Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
