Recruitment Partner

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our RPO team supporting a leading renewable energy client in Taiwan, this is a high-impact, client-facing role covering a broad and evolving hiring mandate.

What you'll be doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse and evolving requisition load
• Partnering directly with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on market insights, sourcing strategy, and candidate experience
• Building and managing talent pipelines in a competitive, fast-growing market
• Delivering high-volume, high-quality hiring against tight timelines
• Ensuring full compliance and client governance standards throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

• Fluent English (essential — client and stakeholder communication)
• Proven corporate/in-house or RPO recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to volume hiring
• Experience recruiting across engineering, technology, or industrial/manufacturing sectors highly regarded ( in addition to corporate hiring)
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable operating as an embedded partner within a client environment
• Familiarity with regionally hiring practices and market dynamics
