Achieve Group is looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter who wants more than just another recruitment role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and grow a specialist technology recruitment desk from the ground up
• Drive full 360 recruitment activities across business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placements
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, CTOs, and business stakeholders
• Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client partnerships
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract hiring
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters as the desk grows
• Become a recognised market expert within your chosen technology vertical

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience
• Proven success in a 360 recruitment environment
• Strong business development and client acquisition track record
• Experience recruiting within technology, digital, AI, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, product, or software engineering functions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
