Recruitment Manager - Engineering Division (Singapore)

As we continue to build our expertise in multiple sectors, we are now hiring a Recruitment Manager - Engineering Division to join our team. You will be surrounded by successful, stable and supportive colleagues that want to see you succeed. This role will spearhead the Singapore Engineering Recruitment Division.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Manager - Engineering Division:

• Identifying and pursuing new business within End-to-End Supply Chain sectors across all industries
• Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts
• Driving search campaigns to secure high calibre candidates for clients
• Sourcing, screening and briefing candidates for appropriate positions
• Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates
• Strategically grow a team

Expectations of a Recruitment Manager - Engineering Division:

• University Degree
• Business Development / Hunter attitude, with proven ability to generate new business in the region
• Effective account management skills, working with SME and Multinational organisations
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a desire to succeed and add value to our clients employee base
• Positive attitude
• SG Resident
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Recruitment Consultant role
