Primary Purpose:
Reporting to Director, USA Recruitment the primary purpose of the Recruitment Manager (RM) is to drive international student enrolment growth for BPP North Americas partner universities by managing and expanding recruitment efforts within assigned territories. This includes developing and supporting a network of education agents, identifying new recruitment channels such as high schools and local institutions, and ensuring the quality, diversity, and compliance of student applications. The role plays a key part in executing the international recruitment strategy through market insight, data-driven decisions, and strong partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Agent Relationship Management
- Maintain excellent relationships with current recruitment agents within region(s) of responsibility.
- Grow the number of active agents to exceed application and enrolment targets.
- Management and growth of agent productivity tiering (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Emerging).
- Provide ongoing training, product information and relevant university promotion to agents, in line with agent tiering system, incentive programs and Agent Recruitment Plans (ARPs)
- Research, analyze and recommend new agency agreements for signing.
- Monitor agent and student feedback and report to BPP Leadership team to assist with product and service development.
- Recruitment and Promotion
- Identifying opportunities to grow the agent network and establishing new strategic partnerships.
- Research and provide recommendations for annual regional Recruitment Plans, recruitment and marketing activities and expenditure budgets.
- Organize participation in agent, government, feeder events and specific university promotional events including seminars, interview sessions and exhibitions (where approved) in line with business needs.
- Attend and represent BPP North America USA Partnerships at industry networking functions.
- Research and report on the effectiveness of paid events, marketing and promotional campaigns (ROI).
- Manage involvement in social media campaigns in coordination with the Director of Recruitment and the Marketing team.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve enrolment goals and contribute to the overall success of our student recruitment initiatives.
- Identify sources for direct student recruitment at high schools, colleges, universities, and other organizations.
- Advise, counsel, and convert direct students through the entire process, from lead to application to enrollment.
- Client Liaison
- Provide proactive and responsive communication with clients (agents, parents, feeders and students) regularly through the recruitment cycle to maximize conversion rates from enquiry, application, acceptance and commencement in line with overall conversion process.
- Conduct conversion reporting on outstanding applications and contact students, feeders and agents via email, social media channels, and phone to progress the application to the next step in the enrollment process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of, and relationships where relevant, with in-market government organizations including embassies, trade commissions and visa offices.
- Feeder Institution Relationship Management
- Research and identify institutions with potential to supply prospective applications for recommendation to BPP North America - USA leadership.
- Initiate and maintain active relationships with feeder institutions (high schools/bachelor programs).
- Initiate recommendations and introductions for recruitment programs such as scholarship arrangements, articulation agreements and ongoing promotional activities with feeders.
- Research, Reporting, Administration and Compliance
- Compile regular agent and student recruitment reports to monitor application and enrollment generation progress compared against targets.
- Gather feedback on market conditionsincluding competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging opportunitiesto inform marketing strategy and support increased recruitment for BPP North America.
- Manage approved regional marketing budget provisions and accurately report expenditure.
- Ensure agents comply with all regulatory requirements and have access to appropriate information for them to maintain compliance.
- Ensure all marketing and promotional activities conducted on behalf of BPP North America and its partner universities are ethical and comply with all relevant local, international and company-wide legislation/policy and campus specific approval processes in line with regulatory obligations.
6.Recruitment Territory
- Primary Recruitment Territory: Taipei, Kaohsiung, Taichung, Taiwan
- Secondary Recruitment Territories: East Asia (Philippines, Japan, Korea)
Travel to secondary territories or travel to other regions may occur based on business needs and will be reasonable and aligned with the demands of the role.

This role will require the successful candidate to perform the duties remotely, or in a physical office, if and as required. Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills:
- Required knowledge, skills and abilities include:
- Relevant Diploma / Degree in Business or Marketing
- Language abilities suitable for region(s) of responsibility
- Technical Skills:
- A proven track record of success achieving sales budgets through non-exclusive channel sales (essential)
- Demonstrated successful sales experience in education or similar service industry (essential)
- Existing networks of education recruitment agencies and feeder institutions (preferred)
- Highly driven, self-motivated performer with demonstrated capacity to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed ability to initiate and manage business relationships across culture
- Ability to achieve targets and prepare budgets, sales plans and performance reports
- Ability to undertake frequent local and international travel
