Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full-process recruitment management of the supported business departments/teams, deeply understand the business, grasp recruitment needs, and select and match talents for the team with high quality and efficiency 2. Be responsible for recruitment results and recruitment process efficiency, optimize the recruitment process, and effectively improve the recruitment input-output ratio 3. Effectively manage demand, help the business identify, discover and locate problems through the recruitment perspective, and promote problem solving through effective means 4. Responsible for recruitment projects, such as campus recruitment, domestic and overseas industry rankings, high-end talent recruitment, recruitment operations, efficiency optimization, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, full-process technical recruitment background or chip R&D background is preferred 2. Have a basic understanding or high interest in the fields of integrated circuits and chip R&D. Have excellent talent search, interview and selection skills, and be able to accurately judge the match between talents and positions 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, high interpersonal sensitivity and influence, and good at building trust with technical personnel from different backgrounds 4. Have strong research analysis and information integration capabilities, able to capture key talent information from conversations and public information, and efficiently complete talent research and data collection 5. Strong self-motivation, good confidentiality awareness and professionalism, able to independently plan and complete various recruitment-related tasks 6. Extra points for those who are proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
