Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and sales-driven Recruitment Associate with an interest in building a career in the recruitment industry. The role in involves managing end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client hiring requirements and sourcing suitable candidates to conduct interviews, facilitating offers and supporting successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and placements.
• Understand hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, business development will be an added advantage.
• Strong interest in recruitment industry and willingness to learn.
• Proactive, resilient and motivated to achieve results.
