Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
- 3 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
- 3 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently in order to manage the team and support the clients in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of HR experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, organizational design, business consulting, coaching and development.
- Experience in building customer relationships and acting as a consultant and advisor to business leaders on recruitment, within the tech industry.
- Experience liaising with staffing colleagues and business leaders across multiple markets.
- Ability to work in a team environment, managing multiple clients.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data to stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage engaging demands.

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a team of recruiters and support staff to deliver on hiring goals and increase productivity.
- Create and implement a staffing business strategy and infrastructure that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and strong client management and applicant satisfaction.
- Oversee the management and development of a team of recruiters. Create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a strong focus on team efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and extended workforce recruiter performance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (product area recruiting leads) and external partners (extended workforce vendor delivery leads) to drive process consistency and governance.
