Program Overview
This is a 1-year internship program designed for current students. You will work full-time during July and August, transitioning to part-time from September through June of the following year, allowing you to balance work with your academic commitments.
Responsibilities
Support the recruiting team by screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate fitBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the organizationHandle recruiting administration including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS data managementAssist in coordinating campus recruiting events and employer branding activitiesEnsure a positive candidate experience at every touchpointCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and support hiring strategies
Requirements
Current university student in the final year of undergraduate studies or currently pursuing a master's degree with an interest in HR, recruiting, or related fieldsAvailability to work full-time during July and August 2026, and part-time from September through June 2027Prior internship or extracurricular experience in HR, administration, or customer-facing roles is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy in recruiting systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and MandarinProficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / AI Tools
