As a Recruiter at Coupang Taiwan, you will own end-to-end recruitment across key business functions and play a critical role in attracting top talent to support our growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build strong talent pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and maintain Coupang's high hiring standards while consistently raising the bar.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking events, and market mapping.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide data-driven hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams to align recruiting practices and processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events in Taiwan.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 to 15 years of recruiting experience in agency, in-house, or hybrid environments.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for e-commerce, technology, operations, supply chain, or logistics roles.
• Experience working in multinational or high-growth companies.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of hiring passive candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
