Records Management Specialist / Employee File Retrieval & Review Specialist

Location: Taiwan, Taipei City, Xinyi District

We're looking for detail-driven professionals to support a global HR compliance initiative. This role is all about digging into historical employee recordsboth physical and digitalmaking sure everything is accurate, complete, and audit-ready across regions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Retrieving employee files from physical archives and digital repositories
  • Reviewing records for accuracy and completeness against defined guidelines
  • Maintaining trackers, logs, and clear documentation of findings
  • Partnering with regional HR teams and vendors to resolve gaps
  • Investigating missing or hard-to-locate documents and escalating issues when needed

What we're looking for:

  • Background in HR administration, records management, or similar support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in unstructured environments
  • Experience handling confidential data with privacy and compliance in mind
  • Exposure to global HR processes is a plus

What to expect:

  • High-volume file reviews, including legacy records
  • Hands-on work with physical archives (boxes, storage rooms, off-site locations)
  • Deadline-driven work requiring smart prioritization
  • Collaboration across countries and time zones
