Responsibilities
Team introduction: Data-Tomato team, responsible for the recommendation algorithm and AI related work of Tomato novels, Red Fruit short dramas, Tomato Listening and other products under ByteDance. Our work includes optimizing the industry's cutting-edge large-scale recommendation system, exploring the combination of LLM and recommendation, and implementing the generative recommendation paradigm, building a complete content ecosystem and AI capabilities from novels, short plays, audio, music and other content directions, and maintaining ultra-high-speed growth in business scale. 1. Participate in the recommendation algorithm work for tomato products, build the best recommendation system in the industry, and use cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to provide the best recommendation services for hundreds of millions of users 2. In-depth understanding of scenarios, systems, and algorithm issues, participate in the recall, sorting, and mixing of the recommendation system, and study the innovation and application of deep learning, generative recommendations, traffic strategies, and other issues in each link to improve the recommendation effect 3. Work closely with product and operations teams to develop algorithm strategies to optimize product experience through in-depth understanding and analysis of products and users, combined with product forms.
Qualifications
1. Have excellent programming foundation, good programming style and work habits, solid data structure and algorithm skills 2. Have solid machine learning/deep learning theory and rich practical experience, and be familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework 3. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving abilities good at communication, proactive work, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork skills 4. Applicants with top conference papers, winners of ACM/machine learning competitions, or experience in core algorithm business such as large-scale recommendation systems, computational advertising, and search engines will be given priority.
