Recommended Algorithm Engineer - Short Drama

1. Responsible for the recommendation algorithm work for the independent app of Hongguo short drama and short dramas within the Tomato department. Cooperate with students from prestigious domestic and foreign universities and have rich industry experience to jointly build an industry-leading recommendation system to provide users with a better product experience 2. Work closely with product and operations teams, and apply cutting-edge machine learning technology to short drama scenes through in-depth understanding and analysis of products and users to continuously improve product experience and user retention.

1. Have excellent coding skills and solid data structure and algorithm skills, and be proficient in using C++ and Python languages 2. Be passionate about recommendation algorithms and machine learning, and be willing to learn, think and innovate 3. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving abilities, good communication skills and team spirit 4. Familiar with one or more of machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining. Applicants with experience in recommendation systems, computational advertising, and search engine related fields will be given priority.
