Recommended Algorithm Engineer - Message Recommendation

1. Responsible for the algorithm work of message push for multiple AI products such as Doubao. Cooperate with students from top domestic and foreign universities and have rich industry experience to jointly build the industry's top message push system to provide users with first-class product experience 2. Apply cutting-edge machine learning technologies such as large models, AIGC, and causal modeling to business, improve message conversion rate, reduce user interruption, etc., optimize user experience and promote business development 3. Work closely with product and operation teams, and formulate algorithm strategies to promote long-term healthy development of the business through in-depth understanding and analysis of products and users.

1. Have excellent coding skills and solid data structure and algorithm skills 2. Candidates with experience in large models, recommendation systems, computational advertising, and search engine related technologies are preferred 3. Have the ability to solve problems independently, and have good teamwork awareness and communication skills 4. Have good business understanding and data analysis capabilities.
