Responsibility
. Handle Office Reception counter included phone calls, email, mail & courier service, attend visitors, arrange meeting rooms etc.
. General administrative duties to support our daily operation in construction activities.
. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
. Proficient in English.
. Good communication skill
. Diploma and above
. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Words
. Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player
. Working location: Jurong West
. Fast paced working environment
. Immediate Position
. Knowledge in AI is an advantage
