Your role
As Real Estate Portfolio Manager – Taiwan, you manage the end to end corporate real estate portfolio across Taiwan, ensuring workplaces are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with global standards and local regulations.
You lead office fit outs, renovations, relocations, space planning, and leasing activities, manage budgets and project delivery, and oversee vendors to ensure on time, cost effective execution. You also manage environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements in coordination with external partners and local authorities.

Your team
You will be part of the local Real Estate & Services team in Taiwan and report to the Head of Real Estate & Services – Taiwan.
This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, working closely with local business stakeholders and managing onsite service providers, consultants, and contractors.
You collaborate regularly with regional real estate and functional partners to ensure alignment with global standards and governance, while remaining primarily accountable for local execution, compliance, and day to day real estate operations supporting Taiwan offices.
Your expertise
You bring strong experience in corporate real estate or facilities management, ideally in a multinational or regulated environment, with hands on exposure to:
- Office leasing and contract management
- Fit out, renovation, and relocation projects
- Space planning and workplace optimization
- Vendor, cost, and compliance management
You demonstrate a structured, detail focused approach, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to balance global standards with local requirements.
