Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the total transaction amount and total commission income of urban transaction business 2. Enrich the city's new housing cooperation listings, develop and build partnerships with developers, communicate cooperation conditions and business terms, and collaborate with local service providers to reasonably build the number and gradient of urban cooperative housing projects 3. Coordinate the construction of city sales, use reasonable incentive strategies, coordinate with local service providers to integrate local talents, gather offline distribution sales, and promote the continuous growth of city sales 4. Assist service provider management teams to empower city service providers, improve service providers city transaction coordination capabilities, talent empowerment capabilities, etc. 5. Based on the accumulated experience and data analysis within the team, reuse business models to develop new cities, and build a gradient of sales and cooperation in developing cities.
Qualifications
1. Applicants with a bachelor's degree or above, experience in Internet trading business or real estate industry, experience in digital management of real estate companies or experience in real estate channel companies are preferred 2. Strong self-driven goal orientation, with systematic thinking, problem insight and ability to solve problems 3. Possess industry analysis and summary capabilities, clear logic, and strong data analysis capabilities 4. Strong project operation capabilities, strong overall communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
