Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the total transaction amount and total commission income of urban transaction business 2. Promote service providers to enrich the number of second-hand housing in the city, establish a quick-selling housing system, and collaborate with service provider brokers to quickly identify high-quality housing, and achieve rapid elimination of high-quality housing 3. Promote the construction of urban sales force, through reasonable incentive strategies, collaborate with local service providers to better coordinate and incubate internal and external experts, gather second-hand housing sales force, and promote the continuous growth of urban sales force 4. Assist service provider management teams to empower urban service providers, improve service providers urban transaction coordination capabilities, talent empowerment capabilities, etc. 5. Reuse business models to develop new cities based on the accumulated experience and data analysis within the team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, experience in Internet transaction business or real estate industry, experience in digital management of real estate companies or experience in real estate channel companies, and experience in second-hand housing is preferred 2. Strong self-driven goal orientation, with systematic thinking, problem insight and solving capabilities 3. Possess industry analysis and summary capabilities, clear logic, and strong data analysis capabilities 4. Strong project operation capabilities, strong overall communication skills, and teamwork spirit
