React Developer

Project Description:

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in React, modern JavaScript frameworks, responsive UI development, and integration with backend APIs in enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, architects, UX designers, DevOps engineers, and product owners to build scalable, high-performance applications using modern engineering practices and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, reusable, and maintainable web applications using React.
• Build modern user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Participate in application design, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with QA teams to support automated and manual testing activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 8+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js.
• Experience implementing Micro Frontends (MFE).
• Good knowledge of:
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript
• HTML5
• CSS3 / SCSS
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows.
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Deep expertise in React ecosystem and component architecture.
• Strong understanding of front-end application performance optimization.
• Experience contributing to architecture and technical design decisions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
• Ability to lead development initiatives and drive technical improvements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Redux, Zustand, or similar state management libraries
• GraphQL o Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS
• Next.js
• Vue.js or Angular
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS and/or Azure.
• Understanding of microservices-based architectures.
• Experience working on banking, financial services, or other enterprise-scale systems.
• Exposure to DevOps and cloud-native development practices.
