R&D Quality & Reliability Engineer

Make sure every new measurement system is ready for the real world before it ever reaches a customer.

You'll be the engineer who proves that Enlitech's newest precision measurement equipment performs reliably — under real operating conditions, over time, and at scale — before it moves into production.

What You'll Drive

• Validate the function, performance, and reliability of newly developed precision measurement equipment

• Design test plans across multiple operating conditions, including long-duration, repeatability, stability, and environmental testing

• Analyze measurement data and anomalies to identify contributing factors and root causes

• Partner with optical, electronics, mechanical, and software engineers to review test results and validate design improvements

• Assess design stability, repeatability, and mass-production readiness based on real test outcomes

• Build validation methods, test specifications, and reliability records that give new products a complete engineering foundation before mass production

What You'll Bring

A background in mechanical, electrical, optical, or a related engineering discipline, with experience in test planning, reliability engineering, or product validation. Strong analytical skills and a genuine curiosity for understanding how complex systems truly perform make the difference here.
