As a technical project manager in the direction of pan-architecture, you need to cooperate with the TikTok pan-architecture team and be responsible for project planning and end-to-end delivery of related projects such as cost optimization, stability, engineering efficiency, experience and infrastructure 2. Cooperate with cross-functional teams, including system, infrastructure, video architecture, data platform, AML, recommendation and any other business teams, to ensure that everyone has clear communication and collaboration, and support for project goals 3. Be responsible for the results of the project and prepare the project. Scale, determine milestones track and report progress, identify and reduce risks, and eliminate obstacles continuously discover and analyze common problems in teams, businesses, and projects, conduct risk management and process optimization 4. Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 or more years of relevant experience in project management/management consulting/product technology in the field of technology research and development, strong project control skills and strong professional project delivery capabilities are preferred 2.
