Responsible for the full life cycle management of large-scale projects of the R&D team, able to manage and coordinate large-scale projects/programs/portfolios, achieve established business goals within the specified time, and be responsible for project results be able to measure project output and efficiency through quantitative/qualitative analysis 2. Responsible for the overall implementation of horizontal projects of the technical team, participate in and lead the planning, promotion and delivery of projects throughout the life cycle, and be able to manage and coordinate large-scale projects/programs/portfolios 3. Understand the needs of each team, propose solutions and promote implementation, promote cross-team collaboration, and assist in completing key project management, process optimization, implementation, etc. within and across teams. Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of relevant experience in management consulting/strategic research/project management/Internet product technology 2. Strong communication skills, able to adapt to fast-paced work 3. Be sensitive and curious about new things, good at learning, result-oriented, without boundaries, and have a strong sense of ownership 4. Be good at thinking deeply about problems, have excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, and have good business understanding 5. Bonus points: have a technical background, be fluent in English, and hold PMP or Scrum certifications.
