R&D Engineer

The R&D Engineer will support global customer projects, coordinating between international clients and LTW's R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams. This role suits bilingual engineers who thrive in multicultural, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in connector and cable design, prototyping, and testing.

Lead or support NPI and customer co-development projects.

Communicate with global clients and internal teams.

Contribute to process improvement and innovation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.

Open to fresh graduates or professionals with up to 5 years of experience.

Skilled in CAD/CAE (Creo) design tools and basic product validation.

Fluent in English and Chinese; other languages are a plus. Or

Fluent in English and Japanese; Chinese is a plus. Or

Fluent in English and German; Chinese is a plus.
