R&D Engineer

The R&D Engineer will support global customer projects, coordinating between international clients and LTW's R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams. This role suits bilingual engineers who thrive in multicultural, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in connector and cable design, prototyping, and testing.

• Lead or support NPI and customer co-development projects.

• Communicate with global clients and internal teams.

• Contribute to process improvement and innovation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.

• Open to fresh graduates or professionals with up to 5 years of experience.

• Skilled in CAD/CAE (Creo) design tools and basic product validation.

• Fluent in English and Chinese; other languages are a plus. Or

• Fluent in English and Japanese; Chinese is a plus. Or

• Fluent in English and German; Chinese is a plus.
