  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Corporate membership of MHKIS or MRICS
  • At least 5 years of post-chartered experienceand familiar with procurement procedures for government civil engineering contracts for team leader role. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
  • NEC EEC contract preparation experience is a must
  • Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
