Quality Technician
Molex is seeking a Quality Technician to join our Optical Connectivity team in Xindian, Taiwan. This role is responsible for ensuring incoming materials meet quality standards, supporting production with quality guidance, and driving continuous improvement through data collection and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to building a strong quality culture.

What You Will Do (Job Description)
- Utilized measurement tools and adhered to procedures to monitor, track, and store critical project data( IPQC, OQC, FAI, CPK, GR&R, and PPAPs..)
- Maintained strong working relationships and clear communication with internal partners and suppliers.
- Collaborated closely with process teams to ensure all product quality requirements met specifications.
- Demonstrated flexibility by taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- High school diploma or above, with at least 1 year of experience in quality assurance.
- Ability to read and interpret basic English specifications and product drawings.
- possess strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer operations (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience using vernier scale, microscope, height gauges, and optical meter.
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively prioritize tasks according to company needs.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
