Role Summary The Quality & Risk Manager (QRM) provides independent risk and quality oversight for high-value and at-risk System Integration (SI) projects, from the engagement stage through to project closeout. Acting as both a governance focal point and cross-functional coordinator, the QRM ensures risks are identified early, escalated when necessary, and addressed in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities . Serve as an independent oversight function, ensuring compliance with organizational quality and risk management standards and governance frameworks. . Lead and coordinate risk and quality assessments during the engagement stage and throughout project delivery, including health checks, project handovers, and focused project review meetings with senior management. . Act as the focal point for engaging with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Product Quality Assurance, and Technical SMEs to address identified risks and quality concerns. . Monitor project health, determine severity levels, escalate issues when necessary, and provide actionable risk mitigation recommendations, tracking follow-up actions to closure. . Maintain and update a centralized risk knowledge base, capturing lessons learned, systemic risk patterns, and best practices to drive process improvement. . Support capability building in risk and quality management across the organization, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of proactive risk prevention. Qualifications & Experience . Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. . 10+ years in SI project management (implementation focus) with exposure to engagement or delivery project risk review. . . Proven experience in System Integration project management, with a focus on delivery and exposure to the engagement stage. . Strong understanding of at least one solution area: Industrial Automation, Energy Infrastructure (Energy Storage), Data Center, or Building Automation. . Familiarity with risk governance frameworks, quality oversight practices, and project health assessment. . Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships. . Experience in identifying, escalating, and managing risks to resolution. . Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-RMP, or equivalent are preferred. Key Skills . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Excellent communication and facilitation abilities. .
