Quality Manager -Taiwan & Philippine

Lead continuous improvement of Electronics Division Philippine manufacturing site Quality performance.

Quality representative of Electronics division in Taiwan to provide customer quality service and local Supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of Electronics Division Philippine manufacturing site Quality performance in CONC, DPPM, CRI and FTQ.
• Work with cross-functional team in PH and Division to identify the Quality performance gap and Quality risk items, and plan, execute for improvement actions.
• Developing the local PH team for the problem solving capability and competency
• Developing the local Quality organization competency.
• Quality representative of Electronics division in Taiwan to provide customer quality service and local Supplier management.
• Provide quality service to Taiwan Customer and its subsidiaries, including Failure analyze coordinate ,8D driving from source plant.
• Deploy customer specific requirement / customer application requirement on ELX component requirement in Quality planning, Quality control, Quality improvement cycles.
• Provide support for managing EX suppliers located in Taiwan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or plus in electrical /electronic Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 10+ years working experience in plant quality management in Electronics or electrical manufacturing site or electrical manufacturing service.
• Strong Knowledge of automotive quality tools, process, system.
• Strong knowledge of electronic component product function & manufacturing process
• VDA 6.3 & 6.5 certified and had >5 years practices experiences
• Strong customer /supplier management skills, Communication skills internal & External
• Self-driven, result, and process oriented. Motivated to work effectively without direct supervision.
• Understanding of QSM and Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma belt status a plus, ASQ certified Supplier quality management and CQI special process audit certified /trained is a plus.
• Prefer to have Aisa/International site quality and operations management experience.
• Able to communication effectively within the Eaton organization and suppliers; Capable of presenting themselves in a professional manner during face-to-face meeting, conference calls or via email with customers, suppliers; Strong problem solving and negotiation skills; Effective Time Management
