Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the governance and operation of online accidents in Douyin's business line. By improving the accident review and improvement follow-up process, analyzing the overall accident, abstracting special optimization points, and promoting relevant parties to carry out construction to achieve the governance goal of reducing accidents 2. Able to independently promote the construction of relevant platform capabilities and build an incident management tool platform that serves Douyin's entire business 3. Combine business goals and break them down into executable products/operation paths, and collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to efficiently obtain phased results 4. Follow up on quality issues, special optimization, etc., lead special improvements in quality operations, promote the implementation of operational measures and evaluate their effects 5. Responsible for the operation of Douyin's quality culture and key quality processes, and enhance the team's quality awareness.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer or related professional background, 3 years or more experience in project management, product construction and quality operations is preferred 2. Possess good product & operational thinking, data-driven analysis and decision-making skills, good at discovering and finding the best solutions to promote problem solving 3. Have problem abstraction ability, insight and global perspective, experience in project and accident review, data analysis experience is preferred 4. Have strong communication and expression skills, horizontal collaboration ability, good cooperative spirit and high sense of responsibility 5. Responsible, proactive, patient and meticulous, and have excellent promotion and execution capabilities.
