1. Able to interpret customer reliability test data, convert it into internal reliability test SOP and conduct employee training 2. Evaluate reliability resources such as tooling plans, Equipment resources, etc. 3. Reliability test plan arrangement, progress follow-up, on-site test result confirmation and problem solving 4. Reliability test report output
