Key Responsibilities
Consultancy & Implementation
- Lead and support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 consultancy projects.
- Conduct gap assessments and implementation reviews.
- Develop management system documentation including manuals, policies, procedures, forms and registers.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and management reviews.
- Support clients throughout certification readiness activities.
Audit & Compliance
- Conduct internal audits against applicable standards.
- Prepare audit reports and corrective action plans.
- Monitor closure of findings and improvement actions.
- Support certification audits and regulatory compliance activities.
Project Management
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and client communications.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients and certification bodies.
- Maintain project records and status reports.
Business Development Support
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Support proposal preparation and project planning.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Quality Management or related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consultancy, auditing, compliance or management systems.
- Experience in one or more of the following:ISO 9001ISO 14001ISO 45001bizSAFE
Preferred Qualifications
- Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification.
- Knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements.
- Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, marine, facilities management or service industries.
