Quality Engineer - Motorcycle Plant

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer and internal requirements.
2. Maintain, improve, and audit Quality Management System (QMS)to ensure that the process and product are comply with Continental Tires and customer requirements.
3. Drive process and product continuous improvement with production teams.
4. Organize audits, manage corrective actions, and report quality performance.
5. Supervise calibration/verification of measuring systems and manage quality tools.
6. Provide training on quality topics, problem-solving methods, and develop subordinates.
7. Manage the internal quality assurance and control system.
8. Promoting and implement using systematic problemsolving methods (PDCA, and internal quality problem analysis tools)

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
3. Experience in Quality Management System and Quality audit.
4. Has knowledge of Data analysis.
5. Has knowledge of Quality management tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, MSA, etc.) related to International standardSix Sigma qualification.
6. Project management knowledge.
7. Good in spoken and written English.
8. Working in international environment.
