A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Engineer at QA/QC in Guanyin, you will partner with internal teams to support production. In this role, you will report to the QA/QC Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Ensure sample meet specifications for sample analysis
- Provide urgent support for troubleshooting
- Maintain smooth daily laboratory operations including instrument maintenance, ISO documentation, safety in lab activities, 5S in work area, and SAP system usage
- Manage and communicate all quality assurance matters, including the preparation of quality-related documents requested by customers.
- Serve as the customer complaint coordinator, working closely with cross-functional departments to investigate, address, and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage Atotech Taiwan's quality-related Guarantee Letter database to ensure compliance with customer requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering or related fields
- Minimum of one year of work experience
- Sufficient knowledge to understand and follow test methods for conducting chemical analyses using various instruments
Preferred Skills:
- Familiar with pH meter, Density meter, Titrator, AAS, CVS, UV, and HPLC
- Experience in laboratory work or the PCB industry is a plus
- Experience in QA
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Operate chemicals in a laboratory environment with personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
