Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager/Engineer for Litrinium, Inc., located at Litrinium's Taipei or Singapore office.

The candidate(s) MUST be able to draw upon rich personal experience, industry and quality knowledge as a key contributor to meet cost, quality, and product ramp goals/targets.

Core responsibilities include:

• supporting RMA's and failure analysis of Litrinium products
• supporting the Sales and Marketing Customer Support activities, working closely with Litrinium Applications Engineers and Product Engineers, and Sales Team
• developing procedures and Quality Management system improvements.
• monitoring, auditing, and developing Litrinium suppliers

Qualifications

• Must speak fluent Mandarin
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Operations
• Quality Engineering/Management certification and Project Management certifications preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in Semiconductor or Electrical Component Manufacturing and Quality engineering or management (10+ years preferred)
• Experience in performing Root Cause Analysis, driving Corrective Actions, and implementing Continuous Improvement practices.
• Solid understanding of the Semiconductor manufacturing and packaging industry, including intimate knowledge of the value chain from component suppliers to service providers
• For the Quality Manager position - Experience managing teams of quality and supply chain management professionals and experience in audit performance and management is required
• Travel - up to 50%+ required
