Quality Engineer (Chinese or English Speaking)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead quality planning activities during the pre-mass production stage and monitor implementation to ensure effective execution.
2. Participate in identifying product and process special characteristics, including preparation of Process Flow Charts and PFMEA documents.
3. Review customer quality requirements, communicate and deploy requirements internally, and follow up on quality planning and implementation activities.
4. Initiate and drive systematic quality improvement activities and production line quality issue resolutions while monitoring improvement effectiveness.
5. Coordinate and establish cross-functional problem-solving teams to resolve process abnormalities, non-conforming products, and customer complaints.
6. Conduct periodic reviews of inspection documents and continuously improve inspection plans and quality standards.
7. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to quality inspection staff and related departments.
8. Support customer audits, internal quality activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product and process quality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within electronics, mechanical, or automotive manufacturing industries.
3. Experience in new project quality management is highly preferred.
4. Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a structured manner and learn quickly.
5. Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and QC tools.
6. Good knowledge and understanding of quality analysis tools and quality improvement methodologies.
7. Good command of English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
8. Chinese communication skills will be considered an advantage.
