Quality Digital Solution Engineer

Role Purpose

The Digital Solution Development Team builds and maintains AI-enabled digital platforms to improve product quality and operational efficiency. Partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and MT&E, this role turns shop-floor, QA operation and quality-control pain points into solutions including image recognition for process audits, traceability and process-compliance monitoring, critical KPIV/KPOV analysis, and MESintegrated dashboards and analytics-advancing the Perineum quality roadmap toward Zero Quality issue and Zero Defects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 0 to 1 digital platform and tool to drive product quality improvement and operational efficiency. Skill included in computer programing for procedure flow and image recognition.
• Operate and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Family with data pipeline for analytic models utilization.
• Aid in evaluating statistical/machine learning models to determine the validity of analytics results.
• Support in testing and improving the accuracy of machine learning models.
• Help create visualizations and dashboards to assist the company in interpreting and making decisions based on data.
• Provide constructive recommendations to the engineering team based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and MT&E to translate Quality operation and Quality-control pain points into data-driven solutions and deploy them to production.

Experiences/Education - Required

• B.S or above degree in Statistic, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering or related
• Have Quality dept experience is plus.
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and theorems, including statistics, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Basic proficiency in Python and SQL programming.
• Experience or familiarity with computer vision (e.g., CNNs, YOLO) and web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Streamlit, Django) is preferred.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery is a plus.
• Good English comprehension in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Proactive self-learning capability in a high-dynamic working environment.
