1. Primary liaison between production sites and customers for resolving quality issues and concerns.
2. Drive quality assurance across product development and production activities to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
3. Interface with customers on quality-related tasks, audits, and incident management.
4. Collaborate with production sites to identify root causes of quality issues and deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions for product improvement.
5. Deploy and promote QC tools and methods (e.g., FMEA, RCA, SPC, Control Charts) to strengthen quality control in manufacturing processes.
6. Ensure compliance with customer PCN specifications, including preparation, submission, and obtaining customer approval.
7. Escalate non-compliance by notifying managers with authority to stop operations that violate approved quality management rules or procedures.
8. Support adherence to customer quality requirements and procurement specifications.
9. Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams across multiple Project locations to address customer quality-related issues.
