Job Description:
The Role: Ensure that only conforming products are released to customers by managing final inspection, shipment quality control, and outgoing quality processes in compliance with defined standards 透過管理最終檢驗、出貨品質控管與出貨品質流程,確保僅有符合標準之產品可交付客戶 Supporting operation process 支援相關營運/生產作業流程 In this role you will: Perform and manage final inspection activities for finished goods prior to shipment 執行並管理出貨前成品的最終檢驗作業 Review inspection and test results, and make product release decisions based on defined quality requirements 審查檢驗與測試結果,並依據既定品質標準決定產品是否放行 Ensure all inspection and test records are properly documented and traceable in internal systems (e.g., LIMS, Camline) 確保所有檢驗與測試紀錄已於內部系統(如 LIMS、Camline)中完整建檔並具備可追溯性 Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Engineering and SCM teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely shipment 與製造、品質工程及供應鏈合作,解決品質問題並確保準時出貨 Support operation bagging and boxing processes 支援生產包裝(裝袋與裝箱)作業 Traits we believe make a strong candidate: understanding of quality management systems and inspection processes 能夠理解品質管理系統與檢驗流程 Proficiency in quality tools (QC 7 tools, SPC, 8D, LIMS) 熟悉品質工具(如 QC 七大手法、SPC、8D、LIMS 系統) Analytical and problem-solving skills 具備良好的分析能力與問題解決能力 Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 具備良好的溝通能力及跨部門協作能力 Your success will be measured by: Zero defects escaping final inspection 最終檢驗零缺陷 Reliable detection of specification deviations (OOC / OOS) 能可靠地檢出規格偏差(OOC / OOS) Accuracy of release judgment (shipment decision) 產品放行判定(出貨決策)之準確性
