The Role:
Quality Assurance Technician Responsible for ensuring product quality through inspection, analysis, and compliance with criteria in CMP pad.
In this role you will:
Core Jobs:
- Perform visual inspections for CMP polishing pad incoming and outgoing materials.
- Incoming Visual Inspection.
- Outgoing Visual Inspection.
- Segregation of non-conforming materials physically and virtually in system.
- Environment, Health and Safety
- Follow all EHS and 5S guidelines and policies while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Complete all required safety training on time and participate in group safety activities.
- Assigned Responsibilities

- Handle non-conforming products and execute proper disposition procedures.
- Conduct laboratory analysis and testing according to established work instructions.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for product release.
- Carry out calibration and maintain equipment management practices.

- Experience with quality system (LIMS), SPC basic statistical methods, or statistical software packages is a plus.
- Relevant work experience in CMP polishing pads or quality control of polymer materials is highly desirable.
