Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and tracking continuous improvement of quality systems across business units.
- Coordinate and lead responses to customer quality requirements.
- Travel domestically and internationally to understand factory operations and conduct quality audits.
- Design and drive the implementation and improvement of quality systems, including process risk assessment and review.
- Plan and coordinate activities related to quality systems, quality assurance, quality validation, and customer issue resolution.
- Develop and execute quality strategies and annual quality diagnostic plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
- 10+ years of QA experience in the electronic manufacturing environment or automotive industry
- 3 years of experience in managing and directing QA functions
