Responsibilities

• Take charge of document control improvements, ensuring ISO 9001 and defense-grade audit readiness by identifying gaps and optimizing current processes. Oversee CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) closure, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to verify corrective actions effectively resolve root causes. Develop and maintain quality dashboards that track key metrics such as defects, First Pass Yield, and ppm, providing clear visibility into quality performance. Review and update inspection specifications to align them with design intent and prevent quality escapes caused by outdated criteria. Support internal audits and ensure the organization maintains audit readiness at all times while documenting findings and corrective actions. Foster a culture of quality execution by clearly communicating expectations and supporting teams in meeting quality standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering or QA role. Hands-on experience with document control, CAPA, inspections, or quality metrics. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems. Demonstrated ability to drive follow-through across teams with clarity and persistence. Strong attention to detail and practical judgment. Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
