QCM DMS Manager

At Micron, we are looking for a dedicated and driven DMS Manager to join our Engineering team in Taiwan. In this role, you will have the chance to create a significant impact by leading production deviation cases and driving FAB site excursion case reduction.

Key Responsibilities

As a DMS Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading production deviation cases using the 8D method to settle root causes.
• Driving FAB site excursion case reduction through proactive measures.
• Hosting continue improvement activities to recognize and reward outstanding performance in handling excursion events.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions effectively.
• Leading and mentoring a team to ensure detailed execution of tasks.
• Developing and maintaining world-class standards for deviation management processes.
• Tracking and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensuring strict consistency to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Shown experience in managing production deviation cases and using the 8D method.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions.
• Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive and determined attitude to successfully conduct and sustain improvements.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
